Hey everybody! This is a little off topic but I thought it would be necessary to point out that we don't make a video documentation of our dog's life. That would be cool though... So that doesn't mean that this sites only purpose is to fulfill the slogan. 
Back on topic for this off-topic post: If you haven't already looked at SnedekerDesignz, I suggest you do. Not only is a great website to find useful Paint Shop Pro tutorials, It's also supportive of this site. How you ask? Well I have create a little Photoshop Elements tutorials section "over there".
I was thinking, You can find Photoshop CS2/CS3 tutorials everywhere. But that package costs like $600. Not a very economically friendly package.
I have the "stripped down" version of Photoshop. Called, Photoshop Elements. I tried "Googleing" tutorials for Photoshop Elements but none, at least ones that were understandable came. I decided: It's my time to shine! So in all my geeky glory I give you *Dramatic Music Plays*: Photoshop Elements - Tutorials for the rest of us. Short and sweet. Right?
